Before you book

What do you accept?

Clothes, shoes and bags of every kind, even old ones, as long as they can still be used. We don’t take bed sheets, duvets, toys, books or appliances.

When does the driver come?

At the time you choose, between 11 am and 8 pm.

How do I know my donation arrived?

After you book, you get your own link. It updates the moment the driver collects, and follows your donation until it reaches a family. The link is temporary and disappears after 30 days.

Are you an official organisation?

In the UAE we work in partnership with the Council for Charitable Work Coordination, Business Line Group and the Municipality and Planning Department.
